WHAT IS EDWP

The Elderly Disable Waiver Program (EDWP) is a Medicaid supported waiver program that serves the frail, elderly and disabled individuals seeking assistance with their activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL). The program works to improve the health outcomes of persons with chronic health conditions, by using case management agencies to link primary medical care with home and community-based services.
